How to get there

Arena Fonte Nova is located in the neighbourhood called Nazaré, and the access is by Vasco da Gama Avenue or Ladeira (slope street) Fonte das Pedras.

If you arrive in Salvador by bus, Salvador bus station is 6km far and the best way to get to the stadium is with the bus line 1326.

The Airport is 25km far and there are many buses to get to the stadium, such as line 1034-00 “Parque São Cristovão - Barroquinha” and a shuttle to Praça da Aclamação and then take the lines 702 or 704 at 7 de Setembro Avenue, with Nazaré direction.

During the World Cup some buses were identified by a sign “Arena” and it will probably happen the same during the Olympics, to make it easy to the supporters and turists.
